Born and bred in Harford County, Jack is a life long resident of the Town of Bel Air. He’s a graduate of the R-Dogs Obedience Training School where he was praised for his exuberant enthusiasm and gentle manner. He can be seen everyday walking around Town exchanging greetings and bringing a smile to everyone he has a pleasure to meet. In office, Jack takes his job very seriously meeting and interacting with visitors and patients alike (when he’s not in napping mode, of course). Jack knows that studies have demonstrated that petting a dog can reduce an individual’s blood pressure and heart rate (while having a positive effect on the dog as well). How about that for a healthy benefit!
